you are just chock full of good advice aren’t you? and beautiful to boot! well thanks for this, i have been using splenda since it came out and was wondering if it was secretly killing me but hadn’t heard anything negative. now i think it’s time to throw it away. i am going to check out this alternative, thank you!

little did you know, foxy one, that your comments would make my day. i’ve been smiling nonstop since i got up and discovered all of your magical postings.

also check out the sweetener agave necter. it’s from cactus plants and it’s like honey, but safe for diabetics and it won’t fuck up your glycemic index. also, super yummy!

aww that is so awesome that my comments made your day. yay! that makes my day lol, and i was just being honest too.

i am going to check out the sweeteners…it’s not that i am diabetic, i can have sugar. but i have such a sweet tooth that i eat to much of it so am always looking for alternatives. i can’t have anything w/ aspertime(i think that’s how you spell it) which is in equal and other fake sweeteners b/c it gives me migraines. so when i found spelnda i was all over it. but not anymore thanks to beautiful bliss warrior!

I was a super suger junkie. Sugar in nearly any form was great to me. That’s why i got really into making vegan desserts. I’m not vegan… cheese is just too hard to give up… but because i love sweets, i also started seeking out alternatives to sugar-filled stuff.

I ALSO get migraines… from caffeine, sugar, stress… but I rarely get them since i went to a chiropractor and got my neck straightened out. Now, when i feel a headache coming on, yoga gets rid of it.

someday, fair gigi, you’ll have to come over to my west village apt and try some fabulous vegan goodies. we can delight in all the sugar we’re not eating!
