ASK MISS BLISS – PLEASE HOST A BOYFRIENDS-OF-BI-GIRLS BRUNCH

Dear Miss Bliss,

First, I must say how enamored I am of your articles. I am the boyfriend of a bi-girl and I am so appreciative of your advice and support. Being in an open-yet-devoted relationship like this is new for both of us and we are grateful for your guidance.

I was excited for your first Bi-Girl Brunch in Los Angeles (though slightly nervous to know that my beautiful bi-girlfriend was surrounded by other beautiful bi-women ;-). My girlfriend kept saying what a wonderful time she had. The women were exceptional and so many fun stories were shared. It is good to know there is a friendly community out there for those of us who are “riding the fence” as they say.

On that note, I was wondering if you have ever considered hosting a Boyfriends-of-Bi-Girls Brunch? I have so many questions to ask guys who have been in relationships like mine and perhaps they could give me some perspective.

If you are interested, please let me know if I can help out in anyway, setting up, etc. I know a couple of guys who would love to get together and have an open discussion on this topic.

Thank you so much for reading the Bliss Warrior Blog and congratulations on having a successful “open-yet-devoted” relationship. The 19 girls who came to brunch last December truly were beautiful and exceptional and none of us wanted to leave when brunch was over.

You, my dear boy, are not the first boyfriend of a bi-girl to inquire about a Bliss Brunch for Bi-Girls and their Partners. Only two weeks ago, my man and I were out to dinner with a bi-girl friend and her fiancé. “I wanted to go to your last brunch,” she said, “but I didn’t want to go alone! If you had a brunch for couples, where I could bring my man, I would be there.”

Many bi-girls in relationships would like to include their partners in any and all social activities. That is why I am proud to announce that two active Bliss Warriors have offered to host the first-ever Bliss Brunch for Bi-Girls and Their Partners in Los Angeles.

On Saturday, April 19 at 3pm, bi-girls are invited to come alone or bring a significant other to brunch in West Hollywood. Meet other brilliant, beautiful, bright bi-girls and share amazing, magical, sometimes-confusing, sometimes-hilarious stories with other people who get it. To be perfectly clear, this is not a hooking up or dating event. It is an opportunity for bi-girls to come together for community, conversation, and friendship.
